With ample donations of seafood and chicken and expertise from Lorraine Fung, Anna-Kay Lazarus and The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, guests in the platinum section at the Shaggy and Friends concert last Saturday were in for a gastronomic feast. All six courses of it. Here are a few of the courses.

The menu card read: A cucumber filled with confetti of the market's offering in a green salad drizzled with island viniagrette accompanied with delicate smoked marlin rolls. That was just to start.

Then came the chicken breast stuffed with raisin and plantain on a bed of sweet potato infused with the spirit of the season .

Cleanses the palate

Next up was a seashell filled with linguini drizzled with Lorraine's spicy and definitely piquant sauce topped with flambeed shrimps. Passed encrusted filet of snapper completes the Neptune's offering.

That was followed by the true flavours of limes and lemons creating a sorbet that thoroughly cleanses the palate. It was time for eye of round delicately roasted and served with a choice accompaniment dashed with Pegasus Chef Leon's secret sauce.

Dessert was titled, 'Three's a crowd, but not for dessert'. A delicious combination of Anna-Kay's handmade gourmet delight.
