Keith Bardowell celebrated his birthday recently in fine style with his wife, Merline, family and close friends at their St Andrew residence recently. The occasion was also the couples' 24th wedding anniversary. Mrs Bardowell is the executive director of the National Commission on Science and Technology in the Office of the Prime Minister.
