Pulse model Jeneil Williams is currently in Paris preparing for the city's fashion week after a good showing at New York Fashion Week (NYFW) two weeks ago.
The Jamaican beauty was one of the shining stars at this year's fall/winter collections. At the end of the New York season, Ford Models immediately snapped her up for the Paris shows.
At NYFW, Williams had the honour of being selected to present the all-important opening looks for three of the event's top designers including the famed Diesel label. The Vogue model and latest Bluetooth campaign front woman was also in fine form when she took to the catwalk for Zero + Maria Cornejo and Richard Chai.
The Pulse model made her debut on day two of the event she teamed up with celebrated grunge queen, Elise Overland. Presenting a surfeit of leather, leggings and lamé, the fashion guru behind the styling of rock group White Stripes suited Williams in a white-cuffed shirt, oversized studded belt and a daring gold metallic mini skirt, which highlighted the model's exquisite, lean legs.
Extra attention
It was then over to Vena Cava (Sophie Buhai and Lisa Mayock), whose unique triangular model platform earned the Vogue star some extra attention. Decked out in a Granite cap-sleeve dress, complete with asymmetrical pleats, Williams effortlessly toed the line between grace and edge.
After walking in an amazing eight collections which also included Ideen, Juan Carlos Obando and Don de Verb, Williams upped her opening season on the final day of NYFW when she was requested to walk in the fashion finals for the hit television reality series, Project Runway.
Williams' participation at NYFW comes on a wave of recent outstanding accomplishments, including being named one of the world's fast-rising models by Italian Vogue. Williams also turned heads when she appeared in the black models issue of Italian Vogue. She was the only Caribbean model in the record-breaking issue, which was reprinted three times.
Williams was discovered in Pulse's Caribbean Model Search (she was first runner-up to Gaye McDonald).
