RED JACK restaurant, Morgan's Harbour Hotel & Marina: Elegant, casual dining by the Caribbean Sea

The dining area of Red Jack restaurant at Morgan's Harbour offers a spectacular view of the water front.

The Red Jack is striving to complement the spectacular view that it offers of the sea, with the eloquent spread of dishes. The management professes that they cater to guests with adventurous taste buds. "We aim to surprise" is their motto when it comes to the spread Red Jack offers.

The restaurant, housed in the picturesque Morgan's Harbour & Marina, was officially named and opened under its new ownership by Neville Blythe in 2004. It caters to to all types of clientele who are interested in seafood and a wide range of other dishes including pork, beef, chicken.

The management says that it's currently aimed at pointing the restaurant in a new direction, where authentic Jamaican cuisine is fused with traditional Italian dishes. For the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, the hotel is hoping to effectively captivate persons who love to try unique dishes from different countries, while keeping our Jamaican authenticity.

Though there is no dress code, it is preferred that patrons be attired in elegant casuals.

The Red Jack is opened for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m.
