'Look What Jesus Did'

A scene from the play 'Look What Jesus Did' which will also be staged at the Pentecostal Tabernacle (Wildman Street) on December 26 and 27. - Contributed

Look What Jesus Did promises to be an impactful, wholesome, spiritual, family-type production, which is most timely for the nation and the world during the Christmas season.

Because of the critical crime status and economic condition in Jamaica, this play is being used a tool to transform lives in our schools, homes and businesses.

Look What Jesus Did, will be staged at the Girl Guides Association in Kingston, January 1-3, 2010, at 7:30 p.m.

It is the vision of the playwright Annmarie Fuller, ('Mad Mavis' and 'Puncie' in the Oliver Samuels Series Oliver At Large), to present her 'new' life in Christ, with the earnest passion to reconnect, restore, reach and recruit lives through her main gift in drama.

This soul-stirring drama is based on two forces, good versus evil, like night from day. It revolves around a don and a Christian woman; both live in the same community and want to own the same building. The play is laced with various plots, snares, and deception to pull Reverend Esther Bernice King down and prevent her from accomplishing her mission.
