France Williams and Stacy Binns expressed their love on October 18, 2008 at the Pitfour Church of God.

A different spin on love

France Williams and Stacy 'Bubbles' Binns met at Cambridge Secondary School in 1989 but never connected, as he was a 'shy guy'. They met again in 2005, and numbers were exchanged. The rest, as they say, is history.

Their wedding ceremony was held on Saturday, October 18, 2008, at the Pitfour Church of God. The bride arrived at the church on a Suzuki GSXR. She told Flair she wanted her day to be different, something that those who attended would never forget.

"I wanted something for my attendees to remember every time my anniversary comes around.

"I wanted to surprise everyone and I did! (Only my mom and daughter knew about it). Everyone ran out of the church to greet and snap pictures! I wanted something that I felt comfortable and happy with because it was my day and I did not want to beat myself up later for not putting my ideas into action."

Another unique element of the Williamses' wedding was the tasting of the elements. "We had the tasting of the elements, which are lemon juice - sorrow, vinegar - bitter, cayenne pepper - passion and honey - sweetness which all represent our marriage and love," explained the new Mrs Williams.

Officiating minister was the Rev Navaro Peart. The reception followed at the Weslore Great House.
